U-Boot 2016.01 building scenario is implemented in https://csvn.radix.pro/platform/branches/radix-1.1/boot/u-boot/omap543x/2016.01/Makefile.
U-Boot is configured for starting from SD card without fat32 boot partition, U-Boot environment saved at 0x4000 offset from beginning of card.
